MyJackpot Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the management of MyJackpot ("Company", "we", or "platform").

• Employees, contractors, or representatives of MyJackpot and its affiliated companies are not eligible to register as members for betting purposes.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) MyJackpot account only. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

3.2 Account Information

• All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these terms.

3.3 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• MyJackpot shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

In all circumstances, MyJackpot's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.
